Covered Arena & Round Pen
The 330′ x 150′ Arena and 80′ Round Pen footings have a solid clay base topped with a fluffy sand/clay mixture making them suitable for most any discipline. The steel frame buildings have open sides and insulated ceilings for maximum ventilation and sun-shielding comfort. Overhead sprinklers for dust suppression and hi-bay lighting make this the perfect place to train or ride, day or night.
Equestrian Program
Led by Sean and Alisha Patrick, PTR is designed and outfitted with quality, comfort, and safety in mind. You find their careful attention to detail throughout the riding arena, round pen, day stalls, horse paddocks, and riding trails. In addition to his work as PTR’s Resident Trainer, Sean is Senior Contributor to Trail Blazer Magazine and author of the book and DVD series “The Modern Horseman’s Countdown to Broke: Real Do-It-Yourself Horse Training in 33 Comprehensive Steps”
“The Barn”
The perfect place to relax, unwind and watch the action below. The 4,800 square foot, 2-story building has an upstairs viewing room with leather couches, dining tables, a billiards table, bar area, fireplace, and 2 large decks. Downstairs you will find the restrooms, showers, tack storage and laundry area.
22 Stalls
Our 10′ x 18′ stalls are custom built with Armour Gates sliding doors, 2×8 tongue and groove walls, Little Giant automatic waterers, an Auto Mist insect control system, circulation fans, and wood shavings bedding.
Fenced Pastures
Our paddocks were created with comfort and safety in mind. The horse-friendly fencing, stainless steel Nelson automatic waterers, and 3-sided 12 x 12 run-in shelters provide just that.
Riding Trails
Ride your horses for hours without ever leaving our property. Various looping, well-maintained trails offer miles and miles of riding terrain throughout our 690 acre private reserve.
